I find peppermint to be extremely soothing for the nausea and pain that I experience from my frequent migraines. I also add it to lotion to help with my boys' growing pains. While I can't necessarily quantify it, it also makes me feel happier to get a good whiff of pure peppermint oil! :) I love this website.

I have vertigo with strong headaches. In the past I have had it occur and go away after 3-5 days. Then I didn't have it for over 4 years. This time I had it and it won't go away.
I have used Black Pepper and ginger. What are the areas of application you reccomend for the peppermint oil? I have not tried this. The areas I apply are feet, behind ears.
I have been using essential oils for over 5 years.
