I think this sounds true. Lavender oil applied to the skin in the way described in this post really helps inflammation and eruptions if maintained. It makes skin look healthy, glowing and young-looking! It is very important for everyone not just Rosaceans to avoid any skin or hair products with harsh chemicals and also foods containing additives and preservatives. Pure Essential oils are wonderful!! Lavender has a long list of health benefits, emotional and physical. It is gentle and a good all-purpose oil. It has certainly helped me in more ways than one. Lavender is good for the hair as well as the skin. Add a few drops to my shampoo to help hair regrowth.
I think everyone should own a bottle. I keep one in my handbag too! This has got to be one of my favourite essential oils !
